SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – September 23, 2026 – SEKO Logistics (SEKO), the leader in end-to-end global logistics, today announced a record global Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +81 for the first half of 2026. The result builds on scores of +68 and +71 over the prior two halves and now stands nearly double the +41 logistics industry benchmark.
NPS is a widely recognized benchmark for measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction. SEKO's +81 score draws on 139 client reviews collected through Clientshare, which SEKO partners with to gather and act on feedback across its global footprint. The results held across SEKO's core verticals, including ecommerce, fashion and apparel, high tech and healthcare, and across key markets, including North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
“Global supply chains are facing ongoing disruption, and through all of it, clients need a partner they can trust to keep them moving," said Gordon Branov, CEO at SEKO. "To see their confidence in us grow each half of the year is a credit to the consistency and care our people bring to every account.”
Across the responses, clients pointed to the same strengths: quick answers when questions come up, clear ownership when issues arise and dependable delivery through both steady and high-volume periods. Many valued a partner that stays close to the account and moves before being asked. Representative comments included:
- "SEKO is responsive, proactive and always willing to help in any way they can. This gives us a great deal of confidence in them as a freight forwarder and makes them a trusted partner for our business.” — Cloud Nine
- "SEKO provides exceptional service, and their communication sets the standard for other businesses we work with.” — Access Equipment Supplier
- "In an exceptionally challenging global climate, SEKO continues to deliver solutions and resources that ensure our products reach shelves efficiently and cost‑effectively. They provide insight into the Global World of Shipping and the current constraints we are having to manage. Truly an incredible service.” — Drinks Manufacturer
- “SEKO UK continues to be our 'Gold Standard' warehouse and fulfillment partner. The level support and professionalism we consistently receive from the UK team is just stellar.” — Manscaped
"SEKO's continued rise in NPS speaks to the strength of the relationships they build with their clients," said James Ward, CEO of Clientshare. "It's been a pleasure to support their commitment to listening, acting on feedback and raising their own standard, and we look forward to helping them build on this momentum."
The milestone comes as SEKO marks its 50th year in business. Since its founding in 1976, the company has grown into a global end-to-end logistics partner while staying anchored to the core values that shaped it: respect, teamwork, fun, integrity and client focus. SEKO plans to sustain this trajectory through continued investment in the people, technology and processes that shape client service day to day.
"A score like this raises expectations as much as it rewards the work behind it," added Branov. "Fifty years in, what drives us hasn't changed, and that's staying close to our clients as their needs evolve and continuing to earn results like this one."
