CHALLENGE:
After establishing a strong presence in the United States, MANSCAPED™ required a fulfilment partner in Europe capable of supporting international growth.
The challenge was to implement a seamless UK and EU fulfilment strategy that could scale with their unique subscription model while meeting increasing customer demand across Europe through additional distribution channels.
Key priorities included:
- Setting up a reliable UK warehouse and fulfilment centre to serve both the UK and EU markets.

SOLUTION:
Partnering with SEKO Logistics UK, MANSCAPED™ established a dedicated UK distribution centre in Milton Keynes — a prime location for eCommerce fulfilment and retail logistics in the Golden Triangle.
To further enhance efficiency and cost savings, SEKO implemented a dual-hub warehousing solution, adding a European distribution centre in Rotterdam. This structure reduced transit times, optimised customs processes, and improved overall speed to market for EU customers.
Working closely with the SEKO account management team, MANSCAPED™ benefited from tailored logistics solutions and expertise designed to support growth and operational excellence.
