CHALLENGE
Before partnering with SEKO, Olive Ateliers struggled with limited freight options for shipping its larger, heavier pieces, such as hand-carved troughs, oversized pots and wooden furniture. These signature items are core to the Olive Ateliers aesthetic and required a logistics provider that could ensure careful handling, reliable service and national coverage.
With no scalable solution in place, the operations team faced manual processing and shipping constraints that limited growth. The business needed a partner to streamline fulfillment and open the door to nationwide expansion.

With the RED-Shopify integration, Olive Ateliers’ operations team now manages LTL shipping with minimal effort, freeing them to focus on customer experience and growth.

Since the beginning of the partnership in 2023, SEKO has enabled Olive Ateliers to scale its operations and deliver exceptional service:
- Over 1,200 shipments fulfilled (as of early 2025)
- 2.6% damage rate—well below industry standards (up to 10%) for fragile items
- More than $1 million in merchandise shipped in a single year
- 2,648 SKUs now eligible for SEKO-managed shipping
