As a rapidly growing fashion brand with an increasing international customer base, Nomad faced immediate logistical hurdles, particularly in freight forwarding for imports from Bali to Australia, and ensuring reliable ecommerce parcel shipping from Australia to the U.S. and New Zealand.

While the company already offered express shipping to customers in the U.S., Nomad urgently needed a cost-effective standard shipping option to reduce cart abandonment and appeal to a wider range of buyers.
