How To Get Set Up With SEKO + Loop Returns

 

New Clients

Step 1  Get Started

To get started, please complete our SEKO + Loop onboarding form here.

SEKO will then contact you to further understand your needs around countries, estimated volume and the services needed.

Step 2  Agreement

After you confirm your required returns solution, we ask for you to complete a SEKO credit application and pricing agreement.  Once all required documents are received we estimate the onboarding process will take under two weeks.

Step 3  Configuration

SEKO begin the configuration of your new SEKO + Loop Returns solution and issue you with two API keys.  Please pass these API keys to Loop on request.  Loop will use these to configure your Loop Returns portal.

Step 4  Testing

SEKO and Loop commence testing and finalise the overall setup.

Step 5  Go Live

Your SEKO + Loop Returns solution goes live.

 

Existing Returns Clients

To get started, please contact your Account Manager to request set up.  Once all required documents are received, SEKO will issue you with two API keys that allow Loop to commence configuration of your Loop Returns portal.
