Showpo are a fast fashion online retailer based in Sydney who have been industry leaders in growth and client adoption of their brand. The Challenge

Showpo had experienced great success in the Australian market, but a desire to expand off-shore was being hampered by the high-cost for express delivery and a lack of a customer-friendly returns solution in key international markets.

The Solution

Starting with an easy geography – Australia to New Zealand – Seko introduced Showpo to our multi-tier delivery services (Express and Standard) to provide them with a cost-savings on Express and a slightly slower and very affordable service through which they could push various shipping promotions. Our returns solution allows for in-country first-mile returns to a New Zealand hub, followed by local processing of orders for faster customer credits. On the back of the great results they saw in New Zealand, Showpo added the USA, where we again provided a savings on Express shipping and a robust returns solution that saw immediate improvement in their customer NPS and a reduction in customer service staff required to manage returns.


The next step for Showpo was to experiment with a USA warehouse, where we helped set Showpo up for a pick-pack operation within one of Seko’s Los Angeles facilities. From here, Showpo was able to fulfill both US and international orders to the UK, Europe and other destinations as required.

The Result

Showpo’s international growth saw their off-shore orders outstrip their Australian volumes and the economical shipping solutions provided by Seko ensured that this scale wasn’t being done at a prohibitive cost. The returns solutions in the various key countries has been absolutely essential in rounding out a complete customer experience to ensure repeat customers and maximum lifetime value.
