Gordon Branov brings more than two decades of leadership experience in logistics and supply chain innovation to SEKO. Most recently, he served as Regional Head of LTL and Final Mile at Maersk North America. Additionally, Gordon held key operational and leadership roles at Estes and Pilot Freight Services, earning recognition for driving performance, streamlining logistics processes, and delivering customer-focused solutions. Gordon holds a degree from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario and will be working out of SEKO’s global headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Brian Bourke is currently Chief Commercial Officer - Global. Speaking five languages, he brings a level of creativity and vitality which is well beyond his years. He is responsible for the acceleration of SEKO’s organic growth, and drives SEKO’s demand generation, revenue management, and corporate marketing and communications initiatives. Brian began his career with SEKO in 2005 after receiving his BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He was head of Marketing Communications for Geodis Wilson prior to returning to SEKO.

A Trade and Customs Compliance professional with over 25 years of global experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Export Controls, Import Compliance and Operations, Vanessa is a licensed customs broker and has worked in a broad range of industries including having experience in aerospace and defense, food and beverage, agriculture, and in developing and leading compliance audit programs. Most recently she has served in senior leadership roles and as head of Trade & Compliance in companies such as Lamb Weston, Nestle USA, Meggitt USA, Bostik Inc., to name a few. Vanessa has a wealth of knowledge and familiarity in trade compliance overall, but also has experience with the myriad of regulatory requirements impacting our industry such as OFAC, EAR, BIS, EPA, USDA, DOT, IATA, IMDG and those impacting our government client agreements.

With more than 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, Ian has held leadership roles at XPO logistics, where he served as VP of Corporate Operations, Global Forwarding from 2011 to 2017, and AIT Worldwide Logistics, where he spent 13 years advancing to Manager of National Accounts and Home Delivery. He later held the role of VP of Business Development at ALG Worldwide Logistics, helping expand service offerings and drive revenue growth. With a broad background in operational leadership, global forwarding, domestic logistics, and business development, Ian brings the strategic vision and executional strength needed to lead SEKO’s North American operations.

Maxime is responsible for driving sales growth, vertical market development, account management, solution design, implementation, corporate marketing communications, strategic tender pricing, sustainability and commercial operations in the EMEA region - including the UK and Ireland. He joined SEKO in 2023 after nearly five years at Kerry Logistics EMEA, where he served a dual role as commercial director of EMEA and cluster Managing Director of Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Czech Republic and South Africa. Prior to Kerry Logistics, Maxime spent 11 years at GEODIS in the Asia-Pacific region in a series of positions, his last being as sales and marketing director for China and Hong Kong.
