CHALLENGE
Trusted Influence partnered with SEKO Logistics to deliver one of the hottest toys of the year – MrBeast’s Feastables iconic briefcase – to 3,574 Walmart stores in time for Black Friday, meeting consumer demand while navigating a complex global supply chain.
Working with SEKO, we were able to quickly deliver a high-demand product for consumers during the hectic holiday season. Even amongst industry challenges, the SEKO team provided us with constant communication throughout the entire process
RESULT
The process began in August 2024 with product manufacturing in China, where SEKO coordinated smooth production oversight and shipping. The team managed ocean freight shipments to New Jersey for final assembly, supplementing with air freight to stay on schedule. Within 30 days, all briefcase items – briefcases, toys and collectibles – were successfully shipped to the U.S.
SEKO expertly executed the logistics, navigating industry challenges such as the pending ILA port strike and ensuring 30 container shipments arrived on schedule. By November, the fully assembled briefcases were delivered in time for the Black Friday rush.
