Some Congestion

Berthing waiting of around 1.5 days, except in WGQ2 with a longer wait up to 3 days. Reefer yard highly utilized due to slow pick up. Trucking availability has improved. SIPG has informed all drivers that the SIPG E-Pass has the same legal value / effect as a passport to travel to/from Shanghai and Jiangsu / Zhejiang/ Anhui within the local epidemic prevention measures, which help to smooth Shanghai trucking to these areas.

Ningbo

Berthing waiting time prolonged 2 days. 4 new cranes expected to be delivered on April 8th in MSICT, which may cause further congestion due to delivery and installation.

Shekou

Resources 100% resumed. Yard density very high. Berth delay improved with waiting time around 2 days

Qingdao

Waiting time around 1 day. Port closed for 13 hrs on April 6 due to strong wind.
