SEKO Logistics limits its liability. The applicable Terms and Conditions of service constitute a legally binding contract and shall apply to services provided by SEKO. The Terms and Conditions of service for Surface Transportation in North America and US Air Transportation are posted separately from SEKO’s International Air and International Ocean Terms. SEKO’s Terms and Conditions for Warehousing Services and services provided by SEKO Customs Brokerage, Inc. are also provided separately. Applicable terms of carriage for Hong Kong, Shanghai and the United Kingdom are also posted separately.
