Who are we?
SEKO is one of the fastest growing logistics companies in the world - a multi award-winning business with 120 offices across 40 countries, and revenues of $700m in the US alone. Since 1976 we’ve built a solid reputation worldwide as an innovative and flexible provider of first-class logistics services. We’re also a customer centric organization that’s powered by the expertise of our people and our best in class technology.
How does it work?
The SEKO Academy is designed to give you a full range of skills, with a perfect balance between education and real-world experience, plus expert guidance. It’s a comprehensive and structured program, supported by corporate resources and mentors at every stage.
Our goal is to offer you a challenging learning opportunity, to enhance your potential. You’ll rotate through a variety of departments, gaining a greater understanding of the transportation, logistics and supply chain industry, and learning about our culture, our values and how we work.
What happens afterwards?
The program is designed to support our global growth in sales, operations, I.T. vertical solutions, and other key areas of opportunity. You could be working anywhere in the business after initial training at one of our HQ locations, or possibly within a regional in-country office. In return, you’d get a competitive salary, full medical, dental and vision coverage, and if you go into sales, we also offer an aggressive commission program, car allowance plus gas, cell phone and laptop.
If you’re particularly interested in a career in sales, you’d be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close, in an assigned territory. Developing and expanding the SEKO customer base in your designated geographic area, and working within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals – all in line with our company vision and values.
