Steven is Chairman of SGL and Chief Vision Officer of SEKO Worldwide USA and has been part of the SEKO family as long ago as 1985 when he started SEKO Louisville.
Entrenched in experience of SEKO’s global business model and culture from both a Corporate office standpoint as well as a Strategic Partner perspective, Steven is ideally placed to help shape the vision of the organization. Motivated by creating innovative customer solutions and driving quality operations, he plays an active role in driving the strategy of SEKO globally.
Steven is a well-known figure-head in the logistics industry and was recently appointed to the Board of the American Forwarders Association. Known to wake up early for 5:00 am basketball games, he has a love of chocolate and is a father of two - Sloan and Jax.

Since joining SEKO in 1982 as director of accounting and IT, Bill has played an integral role in building the Company from a single-office Chicago freight forwarder to a highly respected global logistics provider with 120 offices in 40 countries. Bill served as SEKO Worldwide USA’s CFO for many years before becoming President and CEO in 2002 of both SEKO US and SGL.
With a deep knowledge of the shipping industry and SEKO, Bill has remained a champion and visionary for SEKO’s growth – managing changes in ownership, corporate culture and the business model of the organisation. Bill is driven by a personal commitment to SEKO’s Strategic Partners and employees and states one of his greatest motivations is to succeed where others have failed.
Bill and his wife live in Hampshire, Illinois and have three daughters. In addition to being an avid outdoorsman – enjoying snow and water sports – Bill is an accomplished pilot. He is also actively involved in donating his time, leadership and money to a wide variety of nonprofit organizations.

Mark started with SEKO in 2003 with the formation, development, planning and execution of SEKO's global business model and expansion strategy outside of the United States. Prior to joining SEKO, Mark had built his own logistics firm from a start-up company to revenue of over US$50m per annum before successfully selling the business to a billion dollar organization in 1999.
As President and COO of SGL, Mark has helped SEKO become one of the leading outsource supply chain organizations in the world. As a chronic entrepreneur, Mark has investments in a diverse range of other businesses including Derivatives Trading Software, eCommerce, Video Technology, Indirect Tax Consulting, Private Equity and Property.
When he is not working or investing in another venture, Mark enjoys many sporting activities such as skiing, golf, football, rugby, tennis, American football, and ice hockey.

Mr. Kwan joined the SEKO network 5 years ago and his responsibilities include controlling the overall management of the Asian Pacific Strategic Partners. Before coming to SEKO, Mr. Kwan spent many years in the logistics industry starting out as a Senior Cargo Agent for Japan Airlines in 1969. Ten years later he moved on to become the Managing Director of Supreme Air Freight Co. Ltd. Before he made his transition to SEKO in 2005, he was on the Board of Directors for HTFN Network.
Kwan enjoys activities like golfing, hiking and gourmet. He is passionate about “forever working,” for society as well as his family.

Bob is taking on many SEKO roles when it comes to SEKO. He is the Managing Director of SEKO Benelux, Director of SEKO Synergy GMBH(Germany) and is Executive Managing Director of EMEA SGLN. He manages the SEKO offices in both Germany, and the Netherlands all while supporting the EMEA partners within the SEKO network. Bob additionally looks for new partners for our network within the EMEA region.
Bob has been with SEKO since 2005. Before SEKO, he worked as a branch manager with Amsterdam EGL, and Airfreight Manager in the Netherlands, and started as an export manager for Circle in 1994. He is passionate about football (soccer), golf and his two boys.
Dan Sarna

Dan joined SEKO in December, 2006 as the Chief Financial Officer. In his position, he is responsible for all financial, treasury and risk management functions at SEKO.
Before coming to SEKO, Sarna spent 7 years with Exhibitgroup/Giltspur. He started there as the CFO and than transitioned to the Vice President of Operations for his last 5 years. Before joining the trade show industry, Sarna served in various financial and operational executive positions at Waste Management and Wheelabrator Technologies.
Sarna enjoys balance in his life, especially when it comes to sets of “3’s”. Sarna is motivated by 3 C’s, inside and outside of the office. In the office his focus is on Collections, Collaboration, and Cash flow. Outside of the office his hobbies include his children (and grandchildren), the Chicago Cubs, and Cooking.
Sarna enjoys his balance of three’s at home with his family as well. He has 6 children; 3 boys and 3 girls, 3 lefties and 3 righties, 3 in college and 3 out of college, and 3 married with three single. His children range from the ages 21 to 31.

As CIO, Tom provides vision and leadership and is responsible for developing SEKO's technology into engineered solutions that meet the demands of the logistics marketplace. His strength in developing and deploying innovative, customized, computer-based logistics and supply chain systems improving operational efficiencies, cost effectiveness, and service quality for SEKO's customers.
Tom is also responsible for the evaluation and implementation of seamless worldwide logistics applications that will integrate with the SEKO Global Network. He has great understanding of SEKO's business model and shares the vision of SEKO's future.
Prior to joining SEKO, Tom worked in positions of Director and Vice President of Information Technology, developing and implementing integrated computer databases and networks.
Born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area, Tom relocated to Chicago 17 years ago with his wife and two sons.

Randy is responsible for overseeing all international operations including airfreight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, compliance, pricing, procurement, and gateway operations. In addition, he manages a support team at corporate insuring in the success of each Strategic Partner providing a positive customer experience. Randy is also the Managing Director for SGL America’s and is a member of a selection committee for new SGL partners and the implementation of new SGL partners and break bulk agents.
Randy has 27 years of extensive, worldwide experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing and branch management. After many years of traveling the world following his world class synchronized skating daughters, he now appreciates the time he has to relax and watch sporting events on a more local scale.

Jim leads SEKO's Directors of Strategic Accounts, Global Sales and Solutions Sales. As a passionate growth leader and manager of change, he drives the market optimization of SEKO's expanding global network and dynamic IT capabilities and manages sales training and organization advancement in order to position SEKO for future success. Jim oversees the development of sales, marketing, and key account strategies to insure dynamic growth continues and the global brand expands according to the SEKO Mission.
Jim's career includes 28 years of transportation and logistics operations, sales, sales management and executive leadership. Jim and his wife live in San Antonio, Texas and have 2 daughters. Jim and his family love the water and spend their free time in or on it. When not busy working to grow SEKO, Jim is a fishing fanatic.
